The check-in process was a nightmare. I struggled with the self-service terminal to register for parking, which left my car on the street for too long. there was a major communication barrier with the staff, which made my concerns harder to address during my stay.

Public transport access was convenient, with tram and bus stations just across the street, making the city center easily reachable. the breakfast was a bit pricey, and the lack of sufficient seating in the room was a drawback. It was challenging to find space for everyone's belongings, considering there were only two chairs for the table provided.

The rooms were quite spacious by European standards and very clean, with modern bathrooms featuring a private shower. The breakfast, while typical, included fruit, yogurt, cereal, and pastries, which kept us satisfied. The staff were helpful, especially in suggesting nearby pub options and guiding us on transportation to downtown, which was a breeze with the S Bahn only a short walk away.

This place was a great find! The S-bahn is just a 7-min walk, super easy to get to the city. The rooms are surprisingly spacious, and the air-conditioning worked wonders. The girl at reception was awesome, even reached out to us before we arrived. Would've liked a breakfast option, but the food machine on the first floor helped.

the parking garage is convenient , though the exit key can be tricky. rooms are very clean, good air-conditioning, and great vending machine for snacks. would stay again.

It was a balanced option for a brief stopover in Vienna with best value. The room was clean with plenty of towels and had a nice modern bathroom. Use the tram for easy access to the city center.
